About Us

Hi, I’m John Springhetti, president of Spring Advertising & originally from Michigan. I been in the advertising business most of my life. I got started at Northern Michigan University working at Marquettes only progressive rock station as a DJ at WBKX. Then after working there as production manager I transferred to Western Michigan University, & spent time at the Western Herald Newspaper designing and selling ads …getting credits, getting paid, and having fun! I met my wife there and graduated with an advertising degree from WMU.

After graduating I landed an advertising job with Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages in Florida. After 4 years in the sunshine state and making enough money to buy a boat, we moved with Southwestern Bell to Kansas City. There I handled ad campaigns for a broad range of business’ including Plumbers, Lawyers, Dentists, Insurance Companies, Loan Companys, Heating & Air, Auto Repair, Movers (& Shakers). After 15 years in the show-me-state, my wife, two daughters and I returned home to southeastern Michigan, to be closer to our friends and family. I transferred with AT&T. Designing and selling ad campaigns with Ameritech/SBC/AT&T. After 25 years with the company I went for my dream …my own ad agency.

Spring Advertising was born. After 25 Years in corporate advertising & five very successful years on my own I have learned how to help companies prosper & grow with the times. My attitude is that work should be fun, and prosperous. That plays a big role in our success & my customers growth. My approach is to be laid-back on selling and serious towards advertising.
